History has proven that sports can give a student athlete and their families extraordinary opportunities to a successful future. Here at Beyond Athletics OC, we believe that the backbone of a successful student athlete is through academics and community involvement. As part of our program, each student athlete must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average, give back to the community and/or volunteer their free time on campus. These requirements mirror the high school and college level expectations, for all students participating in sports.
Our mission is to help build and sustain character by implementing the following six pillars: responsibility, respect, fairness, caring, trustworthy and citizenship. With our free year-round physical training and sports development program, the youth enrolled will have an opportunity to apply these pillars , that we hope can have a lifelong impact.
We understand that sports is a universal language that allows us to express ourselves physically, emotionally and intellectually, enabling connections with others from different cultures, borders, languages and generations.
"Alone we can do so little, TOGETHER we can do so much" - Helen Keller
Our free camps are designed to give the youth in the community an opportunity to try sports that perhapshave not yet been exposed to enough to pursue. and or expand new skills in a sport they wish to gain more knowledge from.
